| Description |
In training for the New york Marathon, Steve is determined and disciplined while Mark hangs back and complains at every opportunity. As these two friends run thruogh the night they dissect the masculinity that lies at the heart of their endeavour and search for a point of true connection. On this road however, nothing is what it seems - "Marathon" is a journey which is at once real in its physicality and spiritually profound in its exploration of friendship. As the play sprints towards its conclusion, it becomes clear exactly where the two friends are running to and why. |
