| Description | While Ormsby's script is liberally sprinkled with topical references ('I'll tell Aunty Susan!' when Jack's mum wants to wallop him with her broom), its moral heart is stronger than most of the versions I've read. This isn't a lazy and stupid Jack scoring big on a get-rich-quick scheme by murdering the giant. | ||||||||||
